This is the most important civil building in Ripatransone. It was built in 1304.
During the last century it was changed a lot, as we can see in the lowering of the portico, which is composed of seven arches.

On the left we can admire a monument made of bronze and marble dedicated to the poet Luigi Mercantini, while on the right a similar one is dedicated to the pedagogist Emidio Consorti.
