This altarpiece is dedicated to Valentini Giovannini, where he is also buried. His name is written at the base of the columns).
In the upper side, there is the Madonna seated on a cloud with her son, the infant Jesus. On their right there are two personages, probably members of the Giovannini's family.
At the centre, on the right, there is St Lucy, with the palm of martyrdom, and her main attribute, the tray with the eyes, close to her, there is a shy child.
On the left there is St. Valentine dressed as a soldier, captured like the others, in a sacred conversation.
The author of this painting is Stefano Ciannavei who lived in Ascoli Piceno in the XVIII Century.
