This
sculpture is the most precious piece of the museum, it's dedicated to our
patron Mary Magdalene. We don't know the name of the sculptor but we can say
that it has been made in the second half of the Xv century.
This
sculpture is very particular, it's rare to see Mary Magdalene flying toward the
heaven, she is praying and also she is completely covered by her blonde hairs.
A legend narrates that she lived alone inside a cave for decades, in order to
purify her soul.
